Hello, thank you for posting your question.I believe I am able to reproduce your problem. Try the following technique to reset your budget amounts:
First, switch FN to “Test Mode”:
1. From the FN menu, select Help | About Financial Navigator.
2. On the About screen, press the letter "t" (or click on the FN icon at the left).
3. Reply "OK" to the prompt "Set to Test Mode"
Next, reset the budget amounts:
4. Now that you are in "Test Mode", select Accounts | Budgets for Accounts.
5. Select one of your problematic accounts and change the budget amounts to zero.
You should get a prompt that says: “Net Budget will exceed system limits…Net Budget will be reset to zero!”
Do this for all of your problematic accounts then run Utilities | Test & Correct | Net Worth, Net Income & Budget to confirm that your budgets no longer exceed the limit.
