Topic: No accounts in checking

In one of our accounts (vendor), we are no longer able to access any data. Charts of accounts/entire checkbook is empty. Whatever we do, it says select an account, but there are none there.I tried restoring the data from this directory, but we have the same issue. We are not exactly sure what the user did to create this problem. Does anyone have ideas? I did try go into test mode and rebuild account index as well as test and correct files, but still there are no accounts within only this folder. Please help asap.. Thanks! Elena

This matter has since been closed. The actual data files did not contain any accounts. As a precaution, the FNI support team strongly recommends that all users consistently backup their data files.
