Chuck Gahr Member	posted 01-14-2004 01:13 PM I am using FN 8.1 (latest) on Windows XP Prof. Windows turns the Num Lock key on when I log on to my user name. However, when I am in FN and using the enter transactions registers, the Num Lock key is randomly turned off. I have tried to determine what the pattern is, but I can find no regular pattern. It happens just often enough to be troublesome. Can you suggest a test I can try, in order to isolate the problem for you? IP: Logged

Chuck Gahr Member	posted 01-15-2004 11:21 AM If it helps on the Num Lock problem, my num lock is turned off, when posting entries to a transaction register, usually when I tab from the date field to the payee fiels, or from the payee field to the account field. I have not noticed that it is turned off except when I use the tab key. IP: Logged
David Administrator	posted 02-10-2004 10:05 AM Our tests so far seem to indicate this problem only occurs when the Payee/Payor field is left blank and you tab. If you fill in the field (as you normally would), the problem does not occur. Hope this helps. Let us know if you notice any other clues. We are continuing our investigation.
