I am unable to access my accounts due to "run-time error '339': Componet 'Dwhk32/ocx' not currently registered:file is mising or invalid." This automatically takes me back to Windows. Please respond ASAP. Thank you

If you are using AOL, their spyware program may have stopped FN.

Please see the post in the Troubleshooting Financial Navigator forum Error 339. Component DWSHK32.ocx missing or not correctly registered.

Let us know if that solved the problem.
