I'm going to "Investments", "BrokerLink Prices..." trying to get things happening and I get a message: "Second user trying to use a Single-User Network version! Request your network administrator to install the network version." It has been months since I've tried working with the program. Today, I put the BrokerLink disc in and installed the program (again). I hope that didn't cause the problem.

Hello FNuser135,What versions of FN are you using? What version of BrokerLink are you using? Is FN installed on a server or standalone PC? Is BrokerLink installed on a server or standalone PC? If you are running FN on the server, make sure BrokerLink is installed on that server; both full installs. Do a workstation install for FN and BrokerLink on your individual computer, and not the full install. Matthew

I'm using BrokerLink 2.0 and FinNav 8.2. Both are installed on a stand-alone PC only.

BrokerLink 2.0 or 2.0.9? Rebooted since reinstalled BrokerLink? Sounds like BrokerLink prices is still running. Look in the tasklist (Ctrl+Alt+Del). Under the application tab. If BrokerLink Prices is still running then that would give this message. End Task or Reboot will terminate the program. John [This message has been edited by John (edited 09-07-2005).]
