Since upgrading to 8.2 and Windows XP, I am having some issues with my dot matrix printer for checks. Specifically, I can only print one check at a time as the feed is defaulting to letter size. I do not appear to have the option to input a custom size for the size of the check. I have been using this printer for many years and the settings were always perfect before in FN 8.1 and previous versions, along with Windows 98.
This problem occurred with the initial 8.2 upgrade on my Windows 98 machine and continues with my new XP machine. Since installing everything on the new machine, I have downloaded the latest drivers for the printer so I don't think that has anything to do with it.
Please advise how to reconfigure to print continuous checks as before
