Unable to open an entity. Getting the message "In use by another user"
When I tried to start the year again, the message was"Put data disk in drive using file\USR2.dat.
When I tried moving the files to a safe folder
in order to move last year's files again,it said "Error" Cannot move USR2.dat. It is being used by another person or program.
What do you think?

For some reason, windows is still indicating that the file is still "Open".

Is the entity on your local hard drive, or shared on a server?

Are you the only person who accesses the data? Is there anyone else who opened this entity?

The easiest solution is to reboot the machine containing the entity. If this is a server, you might need permission from your IT staff.

Let us know if this fixes your problem.
