My OS is Vista and I use Norton 360, my Fn Version is 8.2.7. I am able to enter information and my files seem to be in order.
When I ask for a report I get a Runtime Error Message 339: Component richtxx32.ocx or one of its depenpendencies not correctly registered: a File is missing or invalid.

Most likely some other program installed an older version of richtx32.ocx. Navigator needs a more recent version. Try these steps:
Reinstall Navigator. Test it again, if it's fixed you're done.
Reinstall Navigator to a different directory. If it's in C:\Program Files\FN\ now, install to C:\Program Files\FN82\ instead. Test it again, if it's fixed you're done. This only works for a single install on one computer; if you're running Navigator on a network try the next step.
Search your hard drive (including hidden and system files) for richtx32.ocx. Note the path to each copy of richtx32.ocx. Go to the folder(s) with richtx32.ocx, right click on richtx32.ocx, select Properties, select Version tab, and note the version number for each copy. Reply with what you found.
