Most likely some other program installed an older version of comctl32.ocx. Navigator needs a more recent version. Try these steps:- Reinstall Navigator. Test it again, if it's fixed you're done.
- Reinstall Navigator to a different directory. If it's in C:\Program Files\FN\ now, install to C:\Program Files\FN82\ instead. Test it again, if it's fixed you're done. This only works for a single install on one computer; if you're running Navigator on a network try the next step.
- Search your hard drive (including hidden and system files) for comctl32.ocx. Note the path to each copy of comctl32.ocx. Go to the folder(s) with comctl32.ocx, right click on comctl32.ocx, select Properties, select Version tab, and note the version number for each copy. Reply with what you found.
