When I start Navigator 9.0, the icons (pictures, images) on the Open screen do not appear. Instead, I see text in the respective columns.

It appears that one of your system files is out of date. Navigator relies on a file called mscomctl.ocx to display images. Re-installing Navigator can help or simply copying version 6.1.97.86 of this file to your Windows\System32\ folder will do the trick. You should find this file in your Navigator program folder or contact Technical Support for assistance.
