When I ran the Year to Date Cashflow report in one of my entities, the report does not include some of the activity. It shows the Budgeted amounts and the variance! The immediate ones I noticed were the Gross Receipts. It shows a zero in the report yet if I do a drill down on that report line it shows me the account transactions.
This is not happening in all the entities.
Very strange!

The transactions included on the Cash Flow report are determined by the Bank Accounts listed at the bottom of the report. Any transactions entered in these Bank Accounts will be included on your Cash Flow Report.

If there are journals not listed as Bank Accounts that you want to be included in your Cash Flow Report, then change the format type for the journal to Bank Accounts. This can be done from the Asset and Liabilitiy (A/L) screen. In the A/L screen change the format type to Bank Accounts from the drop down menu.
