Is there currently the capability to use a budget versus actual report in 8.0? I can't find a report under that name.

I am currently entering 2002 budget information and the ability to generate budget versus actual would be most helpful.

This capability is available as a report option under the Income & Cash Flow report list.

We are working on getting that report for the Balance Sheet report list in the next upgrade. We will inform you when it is available.

I haven't found a report that includes the calculation of the variance between the two numbers. Is that available? I have found the report that shows budget to actual for the current month and YTD.

Thanks~

Variance is available on the Year-to-Date Income Analysis and Year-to-Date Cash-Flow Analysis.

Once you have selected the report of your choice (and before you print it or select to view on screen):

1. Select Options command button.
2. Select Budget in print column box.
3. Select OK.

This will give you the budget vs actual variance for these 2 reports only.
