When I run the Bal Sheet analysis report I get an row in the Net Worth section of the report called "Changes in Account Balances".

What is it and how do I get rid of this row?

This row indicates that there have been changes to the account balances that have affected the totals.

Run the Test & Correct utility for All of the Above and see if the system detects changes to balances that need to be corrected. If there are changes that need to be corrected, the system will do that for you and that row should disappear from your report.
