One way to find the recently used data files is to look on the File menu at the last 9 data files accessed. This not only lists the recently use data files but also allows for each accessing them by just selecting the menu choice 1 thru 9.Another way to list data files is from the Open dialog box. Select File | Open. Set the top most folder to start the search such as C:\ to search the entire C: drive or C:\FN\Data to just search under the FN\Data folder. Now select the List button at the bottom left. It will scan all folders under the folder specified for FN data files. It will show a list of all folders containing FN data files. Just select the folder you want and open to that set of data.
