With each year in a different folder, you can have either:
- All the entities for 2000 in the same folder or
- All of the years under each entity.
All entities for 2000 in the same folder (option a) would look like this:
FNDATA
- 1999
- 2000
All of the years under each entity (option b) would look like this:
FNDATA
- entity1
- entity2
If the folders are organized as in (a) then set the folder to fndata\2000 and select List. This would get all folder in the year 2000.
However if the folders are organized as in (b) then set the folder to fndata and select list. This will get all folders for all years.
All files should show up. It is scanning for files named "usr2.dat". You can do the same thing in Windows Explorer. Select Tools |Find |Files or folders| Select files named usr2.dat.
The font is fixed for printing the list. Another solution is to create a new printer that prints to a file. Set this printer as the default printer. Now print the list and the text will be written to a file. Now this file can be opened in Notepad, Word, etc.
Currently there is limit of 200 folder names. If this limit is exceeded then an error (9 subscript out of range) occurrs. This is being corrected. Do you have more than 200 folder names in the list?
