This is not a question regarding 'deleting' an entity. It is a question related to the number of entities I can use per license.
I need to create 4 new entities but per license agreement have only 2 left. To make room for 2 more, I want to remove 2 entities temporarily that are set up on FN but not used at this time. We may continue using FN for these at a later time. How do I remove them without deleting the files?

In order to remove an entity from your entity list, you must use File | Delete from the Financial Navigator menu. This will remove the files from the server and will remove the entity name from the entity list. To save these files for future use, simply copy them to a floppy disk or other backup medium. Be sure to keep the backup in a safe place!
