I have an entity that was entered in error. I don't think there are any files attached to it, and it is using up one of my 10 entities. (I only have two left with this space). I tried the procedure that is already listed under Deleting entities, but I obviously did it wrong. The entity is still there, and my "Sample" entity is gone.

Hello, thank you for posting your question.

You can try the procedure again by re-installing your Sample data from your Financial Navigator installation disk. During installation, chose the Custom installation type and select only the Sample data files to install. Leave everything else unchecked--you do not want to re-install anything else.

After installing the Sample data, follow the steps in the forum topic: Deleting Entities.
