I am unable to open version 8. The hourglass comes up for a few seconds but then leaves and does not open the software. Prior to this I copied some individual files and renamed them. I then emailed them. That's when the problem began. When I go to my properties, it shows the C drive as where my software is. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Possibly some files were corrupted when you copied them. If you renamed any program files (such as EXE or DLL files), then the program won't work.

Reinstalling the program will probably take care of this problem. If it doesn't, please come back to this topic, hit "Post Reply", and tell us what's happening.
