Why would the "Funds Required" column be zero if there is a number in the "#shares" and an amount per share in the "Exercise Price" columns? The "Value Exercise" column also shows a zero total amount. This is only happening on selected options. In the A/L info screen these options that are not calculating have the same completed information as the options that are calculating correctly. Any ideas?

On the Executive Stock Options report, the funds required would be zero ('--') if the option has expired. Check the expiration date. Also look at the column "Value Not" and see if it says 'Expired'.

Otherwise the Fund Required is the extension of the #shares times the Exercise Price.

If this does not solve the problem. What is the expiration date.

That is not the problem b/c the expiration dates are, for example on 2 out of 6, Dec 22 05 and Mar 25 08. That is what is throwing me off b/c none of them have expired.

Also the Funds Required would be zero if the price/share (market price) is less than the exercise price.
In other words it would be cheaper to buy the stock in the market that to exercise the option. You would not want to exercise the option since it would cost more.

If this does not solve it, then what are the exercise price and the price/share amounts?
