I have posted about 50 stocks under "Public & Private Securities". They all show up with the correct balance on the BS, not all show up on the Security Portfolio Analysis report.
They are all coded "common/preferred stocks".

A test with another batch of stocks revealed, that when I delete cost basis and no. of shares in the A/L info the stock shows on the report (of course with 0 quantity). When I add the cost basis and no. of shares again, the security does not show on the report. HELP !

Through a conversation I had with the member who posted the above question, we determined that the month chosen for the report was incorrect. Therefore, any security bought AFTER the month chosen for the report did not show up on the securities report. Hence, several were missing.

So, please verify that when you are running a report that you check all of the parameters of the report you are looking for.
