After beginning a new year, 2003, Transmit and Retrieve procedures using StockWebPro, Version 2.1, fails to update the current date on which the Access Prices is indicated. To be specific, 2002 was closed out on Jan 17, 2003 and the beginning new year was stated. However, the update of the portfolio on Jan 31, uses the stock prices on Jan 17, 2003.
I have checked the configuration--it appears to be operating properly. The Transmit file has the proper symbols, and the retrieve is saved in apr2.prn, reflecting the Jan 31 prices, but Securities Ptf shows Jan 17 prices. Any suggestions to correct will be appreciated. Thank you!

You have done the right steps to try to isolate the problem. Checking the APR2.PRN file for the date of downloaded prices verifies that you are able to successfully download your stock prices through Navigator StockWeb.

If you haven’t already, try launching StockWeb from within Financial Navigator rather than through your desktop icon or shortcut. In Financial Navigator, select Investments | Navigator StockWeb. Download your stock prices as usual and update your securities when prompted.
