When I run a report for May, it shows securities that I recieved in July. These securities were transferred (not purchased by this entity) and have a Date Acquired of years ago.

Securities with a zero balance in the reporting period won't appear on the report. Please verify that the balance is zero in the month in question.

Make sure your starting balance is zero. A balance should first appear in the month you got the security.

A new feature in Navigator 9.0 allows you to specify what date range each account is active. This "hides" accounts so you don't see them in years that they weren't in use.
