When I run the Transactions by Account Report for one of my income accounts, it is showing MOST (but not all) items posted twice from the cash book in error, even though the cash book has only actually posted them once. The balancing figure on the report is posted to 'changes in account balances' at the bottom of the report. It only seems to be happening on this one account and if I run a trial balance it appears fine with no figures shown under 'changes in account bal' at the bottom of the TB. I have tried running the test and correct files option under utilities without success. How do I correct this error and why has it ocurred?
