When I run the Transactions by Account Report, for more than 1 of my accounts, it is showing MOST (but not all) entries posted twice. In each report, there is also a Changes in Account Balances figure. I have tried running the Test and Correct Files under 'Utilities' and this does not rectify the problem.

I wonder if the duplicate entries are real or just being displayed twice. Since there is a change in account balances, I would guess they are real.
A common cause of change in account balances is when a transaction is entered on the Transaction Entry screen but the other half of the transaction doesn't appear on the other account's Transaction Entry screen. This happens if the Transfer Clearing account is not used.
Back up your data.
Run Software Update to make sure you have the latest version.
Compare the Transactions by Account report with the Transactions Entries report for the same account. You may find the one of the transactions is missing from the Transactions Entries report.
For each duplicate transaction, run the same reports for the account on the other side of each transaction. You may find the one of the transactions is missing from the Transactions Entries report.
Run Transactions by Account report for the Transfer Clearing account. See if any of the duplicate transactions are there. Also verify the ending balance is zero.
Turn on Transfer Clearing account if it isn't already, delete one set of duplicate transactions, and reenter the transaction. Do Test & Correct Balances again and run your reports again to see if the problem is fixed.
Let us know if this helps find the problem. If it doesn't, let us know what the results are so we can investigate further.

David: The duplicate entries are NOT real, they are just being displayed twice. How can a Transactions Entries report be created for an Expense Report?

SUCCESS! Thanks so much David...I was getting SO frustrated! Your 2nd set of instructions resolved the problem. FNuser011 should know this....sounds like he's experiencing the exact same problem I was.
