When trying to begin a new year, I receive the following message: path/file access error (error #75), check file name. File is read-only - change file attributes, The backup of ACT2.DAT was not successful.

Part of what FN does during the Begin a New Year routine is back up your current (old year) data files. You are having a problem with this part. Do not try to work around this by not backing up your data files!
