Can we update Starting Balances for 08 entity,and at the same time the same entity 07 is in use by another person? If doing so, do you think this is gonna corrupt the data?

In Navigator 8.2, you can't do both at the same time, you'll get an error "data files...in use by another user." Wait until no one is working on the prior year then update balances.In Navigator 9.0, you can. - David
