How do I get a report of all of my entities that have a position in one specific stock?

First of all, you need to set up an Entity Family that includes all of the entities that own any stock at all. Once that entity is set up, go back to main screen and follow these steps:

1. Chose the Entity Family set up for stock positions.

2. In Report Groups Box, choose #4/Investments.

3. In Report List Box choose 3rd item down/Holdings for Selected Securities.

4. Choose current month.

5. Choose Screen. In advanced reports I have made it a habit to always look at the report I have requested since it usually involves many entities and can get quite long. I like to check it before I print it all out!

6. The "Enter Symbol" Box will then pop up. Type in the stock symbol you want the report on.

7. Choose OK.

8. The system will then start searching all of the entities you set up in that Entity Family for the selected stock.

After the report pops up, you can determine if that is what you needed, print it, or export it to excel to manipulate it to look a certain way.
