I had to reinstall Windows XP on my computer. Now, when I try to run Advanced Reports 8.2, I get the error message: "Error: 372 Failed to load control 'RichTextBox' from Richtx32.ocx. Your version may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application."

This should fix it:

Uninstall Advanced Reports, reboot, reinstall Advanced Reports.
