I print the same Advanced Reports every month and have to set Report Options (like Difference and Cents) each time I start Advanced Reports. Frustrating! Can't it remember my settings?

You are correct; in Advanced Reports (and Navigator ROI) 8.2 and earlier, it doesn't remember your report Options.

Navigator 8.2 and earlier does remember report Options. It stores the options seperatly for each entity and each year.

Navigator 9.0 and later also remembers report Options. It stores them by entity; one set of Options per entity, regardless of year.

So you options are remembered in Navigator (for single-entity, single-year reports) but not Advanced Reports.

But all is not lost. Starting in Advanced Reports (and Navigator ROI) 9.0, the reports will pick up the report Options from the first entity listed in the entity family. So if you go back to that entity in Navigator 9.0 and set the report Options, those options will be used when you run Advanced Reports.

Note that report Options in all cases are set by Report Group. Each Report Group (and each entity) has it's own memorized report Options.
