I have a Laserjet II connected via a serial cable to COM1. We use this printer only to print checks. The laserjet printed just fine until yesterday when a technician installing a DSL line started fooling around with COM1. Now I can't print checks.------------------ This question was received by Financial Navigator Int'l Technical Support. You will probably have to re-capture the printer port. Go to Start | Settings | Printers. Right click on the printer you are using for checks. Select Properties. On one of those tabs (it is different for Windows 95 and 98) you will see Capture Printer Port.------------------ Financial Navigator Int'l Technical Support

I was finally able to print a check other than a sample. However, none of the fonts, MICR, or bank information printed. What do I need to do?------------------ This question was received by Financial Navigator Int'l Technical Support. If you reinstalled CheckForm Navigator, you may have cleared out all of the CFN settings (bank information).
- Go to the checks screen.
- Select Select Printer
- Select CheckForm Navigator
- Select CFN Settings
- Re-enter the bank information
