In the CheckForm Navigator 3.0 manual on page 47, it describes how to adjust the MICR line.

In step 8, 'if you want the check 1/16th of an inch, enter digit 2'. It should read 'enter 2/32" '. Note the double quote(") is needed to indicate the units are in inches.
