Everything on the preview screen should print. * Try another account in the same entity.
* Try another accoutn in a different entity.
* Try another computer.
* Try another printer.
If still no Name2, fax us a sample check showing the problem, a print out of the CheckForm Settings screen, and a print out of the lsr*.des file.
To print the CheckForm Settings screen:
Select the Print icon at the top of the screen.
To print the lsr*.des file:
- Select Help | About CheckForm on CheckForm Settings screen.
- Hit "t" on your keyboard.
- Select OK to clear the Test Mode message.
- Select OK to close About CheckForm screen.
- Select View | Description File. The file appears in Notepad.
- Select File | Print.
