I forgot to enter the new Product Key before my CheckForm expired. Now when CheckForm starts it say to contact you but doesn't give me an opportunity to enter the new Product Key.

This is a problem in CheckForm 4.0 that will be fixed in a later version. In the meantime, you can disable the "sno" file and then CheckForm will allow you to enter the Product Key.You can avoid these extra steps by entering the new CheckForm Product Key when you renew, before it expires. To disable the sno file: - Select Start | My Computer to open Windows Explorer.
- Navigate to your Navigator program files folder. If you do not know where that folder is, see the instructions below.
- Find the file cf040sn.sno.
- Rename that file to cf040snExpired.sno.
- Go through the steps to print a check.
- Enter the new Product Key when prompted.
- Follow the prompts to active CheckForm
To find out where Navigator is installed:- Right click on the desktop icon that you use to start Navigator.
- Select Properties.
- Write down the text that is in the Target box. It will be something like "C:\Program Files\FN\fnwin82.exe." Disregard the quotation marks and the "fnwin82.exe" at the end. What remains is your Navigator program files folder. In this example it is C:\Program Files\FN\.
