With Navigator Access and StockWeb, you can request to retrieve prices for only selected symbols.
If you click on a symbol then it is selected to be used. Solutions:
1) Do not click on a symbol in the list of symbols. Just select Retrieve (or Transmit for StockWeb). If no symbols are selected then it will use them all.
2) If a symbol is already selected then select Edit | Select All. This will select all the symbols.
Note:
You can just select a few symbols such as all the ticker symbols and none of the cusip numbers. This will just price the stocks and not price the bonds with the cusip numbers.
