I retrieved current market values thru FTI. A/L format was changed from "Bonds" to "Securities" and prices were one digit short: instead of 490,000 value it appeared on the reports as 49,000 value. What happened ?

Go back to Asset & Liability Info for this bond and change the format type back to Bonds (if you haven't done this already). Verify that the "No. of $1,000 Bonds" is correct. Bond Basics: This is for others reading this discussion -- FINNAV_User, I know you don't need this information, but here it is for the record in case others might find it useful:
- In order to verify that the "No. of $1,000 Bonds" is correct, use the par value of bonds you own divided by 1,000. This means that if you have, for example, $100,000 of bonds, 100 should appear on line 8, No. of $1,000 bonds.
- Bond prices are usually stated in terms of 100. Thus a $1,000 bond trading at $1,100 would be stated as 110.
Once you've verified the information at the Asset & Liability Info screen for that bond, use Navigator Access again and see what happens. If the problem happens again, there may be something unusual about this particular bond issue. Maybe this bond is not priced in 100's, for example. If this happens again, contact support at FT Interactive Data.
