It has come to our attention that the program WinFax interferes with the IDC program that allows for pricing downloads with Navigator Access 5.1 using Windows NT.

The error message is: WDCI32.exe does not exist

This is an incompatability between the Interactive Data program and the WinFax program using the Windows NT platform.

The current resolution is to uninstall WinFax from your system.
