When I click on the Retrive button, the stock prices are displayed in the browser.
We have set the file type for .prn files to open using Notepad as it is described as a solution.
This is running on Windows 2000 with Internet Explorer(IE).

What is the solution?

Yes, that is a known problem with Internet Explorer and Windows 2000. It is not a problem with Windows 98 or with Netscape.

Solutions:
1) Right click (instead of left click) on the Retrieve button. Select Save As... and specify the file as 'apr2.prn' in the FN program folder.

Or
2) With the prices show in the browser, select File | Save As... to save the current web page as 'apr2.prn' in the FN program folder.

or
3) Use Netscape as the default browser.

We will continue to find a better solution for this problem. Any additional info will be posted on this forum under this topic.
