I recently had to purchase a new computer with Windows ME, and I can not get StockWeb to send the data to a download file. The apr2 file does not appear and the file download window does not open when I try to retrieve prices Data does appear on the browser screen, and Notepad will open when Sym2.prn file is opened.

Please help.

This is the same situation as with IE & Windows 2000. IE is ignoring any setting for handling the .prn files. This is not the case in Windows 95 or 98 or with Netscape.

But for now, right click on the Retrieve button and select 'Save As...' to specify the 'apr2.prn' file in the FN program folder.
