I am having difficulties accessing stock web. I have internet access set up with AOL.
I use SW on 2 different PC's, and I do not have problems on my other PC.

Make sure that AOL is set as your default browser. Go to your AOL screen and find the "settings". Choose the option for the AOL browser to be the default browser.

If you have another browser set up on your system (for example: Internet Explorer) and that is set as your default browser, if you do not access the internet that way, you will not be able to use stock web. Therefore, you may want to delete the other browser icon to prevent that from being accidentally chosen as the default browser in the future.
