After installing SW2.1, I got the following error message:

Invalid checksum in Serial Number File
Reinstall Navigator SW

Reinstalling does not solve error problem.
I have no idea meaning of message.
Please help.

Every FN program has a unique serial number. It sounds like somehow the serial number file for your copy of Stock Web is incorrect. Please call Financial Navigator Customer Service at (650) 962-0300 and they will get you a new serial number file.

Did you do a complete install?
If not then do a complete install so it will copy all the files needed.
