There has been an update to StockWeb as of March 9, 2004. Please use the following steps to retrieve your security prices through StockWeb:- Transmit your security symbols in StockWeb as usual.
- Right-click on Retrieve and select Save Target As...
- On the Save As screen, specify the file name as 'apr2.prn' and be sure that you are saving the file in the FN program folder. (The default file name is apr2.csv so you can simply change the .csv file extension to .prn)
Note: If you left-click on Retrieve your browser may prompt that "Some files may harm your computer...Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?". Select Save and specify the file name as 'apr2.prn' in the FN program folder. If your browser displays your prices as an Excel worksheet, right-click on Retrieve and select Save Target As... and specify the file name as 'apr2.prn' in the FN program folder.
