On some occasions there are compatibility issues with running StockWeb on Microsoft Vista. The problem arises when after installing StockWeb and you try to open StockWeb from Financial Navigator that nothing happens and the program does not open. To fix this you must navigate to the folder where you installed StockWeb, usually c:\program files\fn and right-click the sw.exe and selecting properties. Click on the compatibility tab and put a check mark in the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for: check box. Select Windows XP and hit ok. Now StockWeb should open the next time you try and run it from Navigator.------------------
