Regarding the Error #70 issue:In order to verify if FN is already running, check your task bar at bottom of your monitor's screen. There should only be one FN program indicator.
Occasionally, a user will inadvertently click the FN icon twice, forcing the computer to attempt to load the program twice. On single user programs, this capability is not available and hence you will get the error message.
Close out of FN completely, and restart your computer.
Select Start | Programs | Financial Navigator for Windows | Financial Navigator 8.0 (or whatever version you are using) and that should load the program normally and only once.
If the above step allows the user to access the FN program, then possibly the user previously clicked on the FN icon twice.
