I have run Test & Correct Files. Chart of Accounts still appears totally corrupted -- blanks, etc. I still get "Duplicate Account Name" blinker every time I try to access current personal finance entity. If I repeatedly hit ENTER I can get to Chart of Accounts, but it is totally incorrect. I did correct those few "Duplicate Accounts" when the numbers and names were given -- but these were not Accounts, rather were Payee/Payors ??

Hello, thanks for posting your response. Let me make sure I understand correctly:

When you say you corrected those “Duplicate Accounts” do you mean that you deleted each duplicate account that appeared in the error message when you try to access the Chart of Accounts? Are you saying these were in fact Payees and not Account names? Did you delete these Payees?

Also, please tell me what your current error messages say exactly, word-for-word. I want to make sure we are addressing the right problem before having you rebuild your database.

Let us know what you find out. Please click on the Post Reply link at the bottom left side of this post to continue this thread rather than creating a brand new topic.
