The balance in the allocated income account is $xx,xxx,xxx.00. When I try to use the automated entry I have created to reallocate the allocated income to multiple partner accounts, I get an error message "entry to large". I upgraded to FN 8.2 this year. This was not a problem before the update.

Debbie:

Navigator 8.2 has a transaction limit of $85,000,000.99 ($85 million). Try breaking up the transaction into two or more seperate transactions so that each is less than $85 million.

Also make sure the columns on the Transaction Activity screen are wide enough for teh numbers you are entering. Navigator won't let you enter more numbers than will fit on the screen. Making the column wider fixes that problem.

Navigator 9.0, which will available soon, has a $500 million transaction limit in Professional Edition and a $50 million transaction limit in Standard Edition.
