I have lost at least 2 accounts, when I bring those accounts up it tells me the account is not there.

Running the Utility Test and Correct should fix the problem.From the Navigator desktop, go to the drop-down menu option Utilities | Test & Correct Files | Account Alphabetical Index - An FNI Technical Support
