Hello,To add a new category to your Custom COA, you need to go to the Master COA. In the Master COA you view all the groups and categories. Chose a category that is not being used, and rename it, then add an account to that category. If you do not add the account to the new catagory it will not appear in the Custom COA. Once the account has been added to the new catagory it will appear in your Custom COA.
