Hello,Can you confirm that you are getting this message when you open your Chart of Accounts?
If this is the case, then you can try the following in Navigator. However, it is a good idea to backup your entity beforehand.
- Open the entity that gives this message.>
- Run Utilities | Test & Correct Files | Chart of Accounts Index. Please be patient as this process can take a while depending on the size of your Chart of Accounts.
- Close Navigator.
- Return to the entity and view the Chart of Accounts.
If the error continues to occur, you can try an additional utility:
- Open the entity that gives this message.
- Select the menu item Help | About Navigator.
- Press the letter "t" on your keyboard when the About Navigator screen appears. This will put Navigator in "test mode".
- Close the About Navigator screen.
- Run Utilities | Test & Correct Files | Rebuild Chart of Accounts Index. Please be patient as this process can take a while depending on the size of your Chart of Accounts. Your accounts may be alphabetized within each category.
- Close Navigator.
- Return to the entity and view the Chart of Accounts.
