did what you suggested, now I get the following error group/category: Index: 0 Duplicate Removed I hit ok, and the message is not cleared then it freezes..

We've recently changed the COA Index utilities and you may not be updated to that version. After performing a software update, try to run the Rebuild Chart of Account Index from Test mode again.Also, after receiving a Duplicate Removed message the screen may look frozen but it is working in the background. You may need to give it a few minutes after this message appears. Let us know if this resolves the issue when you get a chance. Thanks!
