Also, we now have the security issue. We don't want the new person the have ability to change anything in certain files. But some data entry is to be done. Can you distinguish an entity's previous year data and current year with a security code? Is there a way to do that? Read only or something like that? Thanks in advance for any input! Pam de Jong

All of my entities have different passwords. My Older files have consistent passwords. My current year and immediately preceding year have identical passwords. We are always having to go back and look for something. It is not my desire to have to check all prior years activity personally. My assistant does some of that for me.
